At the same time a potentially huge new market is developing that is being largely overlooked. This is due to a coming together of two factors: the difficulties that many consumers have when taking their consumption decisions, and the impact of technology in helping them to improve this process.
This is giving rise to a new market in information, tools and services to help people make better decisions.
