Mark’s paper, ‘The Future is Bright…Let’s Not Screw It Up!’ will present the online research supplier’s view on the opportunities that the internet offers to conduct research effectively among business audiences, including senior decision makers of large international companies. Mark will describe what is already happening and what the future might look like. One scenario is very bright, with online becoming the method-of-choice for B2B research, delivering valuable insights quickly and cost-effectively.
However, he will also suggest that, unless we treat business people with respect and take online quality seriously, the business community and our clients will reject online methods … and we will have missed a huge opportunity!! After the presentation the audience is invited to join the discussion when the theme of B2B online research is further explored and debated.
