ICG member Cathy Kennedy says she couldn’t live without Trello! She uses it for all her project work within her business as well as in her personal life. With more and more online project management tools at our disposal, we thought it’d be useful for Cathy to take us through how to effectively set Trello up, how to manage it, optimise its use and avoid its pitfalls. About Cathy
Cathy has had various roles in research for over 15 years, and have specialised in Fieldwork Management for 10 of those. She’s been working as a supplier for large government departments over the past 3 years and has had to juggle up to 30 simultaneous live projects on occasion. The only way she could manage to keep on top of everything was with Trello. She’d never used it before and it did take some getting used to, but it’s now her best friend and she’s continually discovering more uses for it. She’s in the throes of organising an international house move – and her Trello boards will ensure that nothing gets forgotten or missed – and she doesn’t have to pay a removals company to manage all the admin for her!
