Background
I have nearly thirty years experience in research on both the client and agency sides, including a spell as Head of Research at Shell UK and before that Director of two leading international research consultancies. I am a full member of Market Research Society and a member of the Marketing Society, AIMRI, BIG and ESOMAR and have presented papers on a wide range of marketing and research issues.
