Background

I have over 40 years' marketing services experience including marketing communications agency and clientside research and new product development management.

I have broad experience of both qualitiative and quantitative research techniques and in combining techniques to provide actionable insight. Senior clientside experience means that I design pragmatic research projects from the user's perspective
