Online and face-to-face Qualitative Research with planning input as required. All methods - groups, mini-groups, depth/paired interviews, in-store, accompanied shops, family interviews - with online qualitative research used within the methodology mix as appropriate. All sessions are personally transcribed as the interviews are completed so the thinking is developing throughout each project, and new ideas can constantly be explored.

Background

11 years in advertising in London (TBWA, CDP, BBH) and then Senior Qualitative Exec. with HPI. Moved to Scotland as Planning Director of Hall Advertising, and set up as an independent Qualitative Consultant in 1992. Renamed the business 'Mindspace' in 2007 with the launch of the Online qualitative research facility.
