Background
The Insight Connection was set up by Janet Coates and Judith Steinert.
Janet and Judith both previously held senior positions in international marketing and research with companies such as Diageo, Mars, Unilever, Kimberly-Clark and Seagram, and are considered leaders in their field.
Just like the founders of the company, all associates have international, director-level, client-side experience. We do not employ juniors.
The Insight Connection is at the forefront of developments in the research industry with both Janet and Judith having written and presented papers at major conferences.
