Body Shape & 3D Sizing
For the last 14 years, he has been the UK's leading researcher in the specialist field of clothing and apparel research for clients such as Next, M&S and the DTI.
Richard has helped manage large 3D sizing surveys in retail including Size UK - the adult National Sizing Survey for the DTI in 2001 and Shape GB - the National Childrenswear Survey in 2009/2010.
These 3D scanning projects have also involved focus groups, postal and on-line questionnaires and Richard has subsequently assisted clients with qualitative and quantitative data on body image, clothing products and obesity/health risk.

With 12 years experience at leading research companies such as HPI, TNS and Research International, Richard set up Select in 1995 as a specialist supplier of qualitative and quantitative research to retail and healthcare clients.
