Effective Research's Managing Director Alan Hargreaves co-founded the company with the vision of providing an online fieldwork service next to none in the industry. Having worked for many large and medium sized fieldwork agencies in the past, Alan became aware of the lack of effectiveness in the way many firms serviced their clients.
Little or no flexibility when running studies, rigid procedures, slow reaction times to market conditions, slow take up of new technologies and bad communication were just some of the things that he saw and still sees as being wrong with our industry. In response to this, Alan decided to combine his love for online research, enthusiasm for change, entrepreneurial drive and experience to create Effective Research.
We strongly believe that no matter the size of your agency/consultancy, everyone in the market research sector and beyond should have access to the latest online research technologies at both fair & competitive rates.
