The MRS has released a suite of materials for MRS members and company partners. Held under the 'standards' area of the website, the materials include GDPR In Brief series which give background and advice for interpreting the regulation in the context of the insight sector.
The GDPR in Brief Series is exclusive to MRS Members and Accredited Company Partners. The MRS's data privacy experts have produced the GDPR in Brief Series for interpreting the regulation in the context of the insight sector.

The MRS has also produced a new Guidance Note on Data Protection and Research, to provide guidance for MRS members and Company Partners and help ensure compliance with the new data protection framework introduced by the GDPR and the UK Data Protection Bill 2018.

GDPR Masterclass: Transparent Research Projects - 10 April

It will also address approaches to conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments and Legitimate Interest Assessments in a research context.
