By being able to decode language and its influence\, it helps highlight how it also sets invisible rules and parameters that affect how we are perceived and how we perceive others.  Reading this book can change how we speak\, read and listen. The book outlines clear strategies for leaders to adopt more relevant and meaningful cultural norms through the language they use. I was also in the privileged position of having my own qualitative data\, recently made into a report\, so I was able to rerun the analysis and compare the process of creating output using Claude. I also collaborated on a huge quantitative project\, discovering the power of Claude in analysing spreadsheets. \nI later added NotebookLM to fill any gaps\, notably importing audio and video files. \n  \nThis will be a session with the aim of familiarising participants with each AI tool.
