Knowledge, News and Views from the ICG - March 2018
This month, we have loads of new website content for you. In our 'Business Knowledge' section, we look at the pros and cons of being a sole trader or limited company, what to include in a technical report, online bulletin boards and a cyber-crime guide. 'Research Knowledge' includes a report (and link to papers) from the Ilex conference, how to present a rating scale and a client's view on the power of VoC research.
We have also added in a new section under 'Knowledge' called 'Resources and Templates'. The idea is to have a single area in the website containing example policies, terms and conditions etc that members can use. Currently we only have a few items in here, but we plan to add more over the next few months - if you have any suggestions of content that you will find useful, or would like to contribute something please do get in touch.
In 'News', we have a very entertaining report on Qual 360 conference, as well as a look at who is who in the world of market research tweeting. Lucie has also negotiated some discounts for ICG members with Hiscox Insurance - email her for more details.
As you know, The ICG is a keen supporter of the MRBA - in fact, we are the largest sole fund raiser. Events like our Quiz Night contribute greatly to this - great fun was had by all and we raised a whopping £550. Don't forget, the MRBA annual auction is now open - please do take a look and bid if anything catches your eye.
As ever, if you have any comments about the ICG or this newsletter please do get in contact - and if you would like to contribute to the website please let me know.
Don't forget we have a 'Go To' licence if you want to have a video conference or present a webinar. It is there for you, so do use it! Just drop Lucie an email email@example.com
