BIG's AGM and Forum

Tuesday 2nd July 2019

The next BIG Forum will be held on Tuesday, July 2 and will incorporate the BIG AGM.

The event will be held at the MRS, 15 Northburgh St, London EC1V 0JR.  Refreshments will be available from 6.00pm, with the AGM at 6.15pm and the Forum running from 6.45 to 8.00pm

The Forum speaker will be Alex Johnston from Jigsaw Research on ‘How insight helped ITV open up a new world for SMEs’.  Here is a synopsis about Alex’s presentation:

B2B online communities are still one of the trickier elements of B2B research.  Finding a research approach that respects B2B decision-makers’ time and uses the right triggers and language to engage them is highly challenging.

Come to BIG Forum to hear Alex Johnston of Jigsaw Research describe how a holistic and agile approach among an online panel of SME decision-makers, avoiding slavish adherence to a fixed methodology,  was used to give ITV speedy and inexpensive insights without compromising on quality, enabling them to exploit a new revenue stream opportunity in the SME market.
