Austin Research are a husband and wife team specialising in quantitative research, both domestically and internationally. Gary has over 20 years experience of managing quant resesearch and anlaysing and interpreting findings. Julie has almost as many years exprience in all aspects of data processing.

Background

Gary Austin joined BMRB as a graduate in 1990 spending 12 years at the company. Whilst there Gary worked in the Consumer, Telecommunications and Media departments. In 2004 Gary joined Dipsticks Research as Research Director. Gary then moved to Harris Interactive where he gained extensive experience of online research. Gary left HI to form Austin Research in April 2006. Throughout his career Gary has worked with many high profile clients including BT, Sky, Disney, Kingfisher and Dyson. He also delivers training in quantitative research methods for the Market Research Society. 

Julie also started her career at BMRB before moving on to Millward Brown, Dipsticks Research and Harris Interactive. During this time she has gained experience across a range of methodologies using packages such as Confirmit, Quantum and SNAP.
