My background is in account planning at advertising agencies TBWA and BBH and much of my work continues to be communications based. From BBH I joined HPI International, and then moved to Scotland as Planning Director of Hall Advertising. In 1992 I set up as an independent Consultant specialising in qualitative research, and in 2007 launched Mindspace Online which uses a unique and bespoke method of running focus groups on a webconference platform.
