Hugo Reynolds has wide experience of traditional qualitative methods such as focus groups and depth interviews. Hugo also has a strong background in observational and participatory methods: enabling projects to step beyond what people say, to consider how they think and behave.

Hugo is a lifelong researcher.
Having worked in agency, academic, independent, and collaborative contexts over the past 20 years, he has experience in a wide variety research of approaches, and has spent thousands of hours observing people in one way or another.
