I have worked in market research since 1972, originally in the UK and since 1992 in Hamburg, Germany.
From 1996 until 2006 I was Managing Director of RMM Marketing Research International (now Gelszus rmm Marketing Research). Co-founder of Attfield Dykstra & Partners in January 2007 together with Coby Dykstra. She was previously Qualitative Manager at RMM.
I am English and Coby is South African. We both speak German and English fluently and can work in both languages.
We specialise in providing qualitative market research services (focus groups, IDIs, online FGs, bulletin boards, etc) from project conception through to moderating, reporting and everything in-between. We work for agencies, consultants and end-clients in the UK, USA and Europe. We also manage international projects on behalf of German clients.
We can also help with quantitative projects such as CATI surveys or hall tests. For this purpose we have excellent contacts with a range of fieldwork providers and facilities throughout Germany.
We are members of ESOMAR, MRS, AQR and AIMRI.
