Main areas of interest and recent experience are BtB: understanding markets and needs, supplier relationships, communication. From big issues (identifying trends in development of cities) to niche areas (understanding rock concert lighting designers' needs).

Also extensive experience in product and service development in consumer markets. Areas include health and well being, fitness and diet, sexual intimacy, child development, maternity.


Over 25 years research experience. Large agency (I was a Director of Martin Hamblin's Consumer and Business Division for many years), and also clientside experience(4yrs as a COI researcher earlier in my career).

I set up my own company in 2002 since when I have managed projects for a variety of UK and European-based agencies and client companies.
