B2B and Consumers

Flexible and adaptable - with wide ranging experience in qualitative and quantitative research.

Markets covered range from food & foodservice/hospitality to publishing to automotive to finance to DIY. But like any good researcher am quite capable of researching most sectors.

Audiences include both consumers and B2B – with experience with the latter including researching from employee through to senior management.

Also offer brand and research immersion days for training and exploration purposes.

Working in Market Research since 1998, previously in strategic account handling roles within Advertising and Design Agencies both in London and East Anglia.

Working with Erica Littlewood within Cambridge Direction - a dynamic, adaptable research consultancy that comprises just the two directors.

As a life-long geographer, I'm fascinated in uncovering and understanding patterns: patterns in behaviour, patterns in actions and patterns in thinking. Without being able to see patterns among a crowd of individuals they remain just that - a crowd of individuals!
