Multi-country consumer and B2B research

Celia has over 15 years’ experience in the market research industry. Before setting up her own independent agency, Celia worked with several high profile brands delivering both domestic and international research covering markets in Europe, Africa, the Americas and the Asia-Pacific region. A selection of these is: the UK Financial Conduct Authority, the UK Institution for Engineering and Technology, HSBC, Motorola, Boots, Sage Publishers, Edexcel, Tesco, O2, Legal & General and Prudential.

In 2013, Celia set up Nutcracker Research with the aim of focusing on international projects, further developing her skills in cross-cultural research and building a network of researchers with whom to collaborate on a regular basis.

More recently, Nutcracker Research was chosen to be a major contributing partner on a number of European Commission-funded projects (with the Horizon 2020 programme). These projects deal with developing digital solutions to safeguard citizen safety in urban environments.
Celia is a proficient moderator who prefers a hands-on approach and enjoys working collaboratively with clients. On all projects, Celia incorporates client involvement into her project planning to ensure that all stakeholders are engaged with the process that the benefits of the insights yielded by the research are fully enjoyed by the client.
Celia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. She is a fully Certified Member of the UK Market Research Society (CMRS) and a member of the Independent Consultants Group (ICG).
