Senior Moderator and Qualitative Research Consultant
As a moderator - conduct focus groups, in depth ‘expert/elite’ interviews, in store ‘shop along’ interviews and in home observational interviews.
As an online expert – engage participants in discussions over time using online bulletin boards or in real time using online focus groups
Responsible for all aspects of the project including: recruiting/screener development, project/field management, discussion guide, moderating, analysis, reporting and presentation of strategic findings and implications.
