I have experience working across many global markets such as energy, industrial lubricants, electrical components, document security, industrial cleaning products, and automotive to name a few. These are different markets, yet were linked by one word – complexity. Many products sold into many markets across many countries. My role is to help make sense of that complexity and I do that in a number of ways:
B2B MARKET RESEARCH: Researching international markets presents particular challenges. From my experience of conducting research in twenty different countries and fifteen languages, I have developed processes and systems to deliver success. I can advise on research techniques and methodologies suited to a particular country – and those that really aren’t.
EXECUTIVE INTERVIEWS: I have many years’ experience conducting telephone and in-person research interviews with senior decision makers.
B2B RECRUITMENT: I also provide recruitment for in-depth interviews and online groups. I have experience across specialist and technical B2B markets such as automotive manufacturing, architects, construction and facilities management.
