We focus on answering the real business questions - often involving the understanding of needs, decisions and response to new ideas and services, but also often on key aspects around prioritising market entry strategies tailored to the specific economic, structural and regulatory conditions of each region/country.

2. Secondary Research
Precursive desk research has become an appreciated part of our research solutions. We are Readers at the British Library and enjoy the support of ICG colleagues and a team in India for projects outside of GB.
3. Friendly Review
A special part of our work is to support via hourly based engagements - a low risk way for end clients and other agencies to quickly have experienced & objective help with strategic input at peak times or when short staffed/overloaded.
I founded Insight Engineers with a Qualitative partner in early 2003. I have enjoyed delivering grounded research answers and strategic insights to client questions in B2B & Consumer target groups for UK and international clients since then with a network of strong partners and increasingly ICG members by referral.
