Steve has exceptional experience in market research and insight over 30 years, having worked in Insights as a client, a planner in advertising agencies and a consultant in research agencies.  Above all he understands how important it to raise the impact and contribution of insight amongst client stakeholders, having had a number of clientside contract roles in Insights departments over the last 10 years.
