Tracey White - Fizz Research

Services

Research and Insight consultancy: I can do as much or as little as you need me to, from running full service, multi-country projects, to moderating-only (e.g. groups, depths, stakeholder workshops, innovation workshops, co-creation), running online qual., moderating research communities and (mobile) ethnography. I'm happy to collaborate as part of a team, take 'emergency' briefs (e.g. you have a fieldwork clash and you need an extra, very safe pair of hands), conduct tele-depths with any respondent type (stroppy teens to C-suite execs - and everything in between). I can undertake analysis, write reports (quant. and qual.), write proposals, oversee recruitment and fieldwork, and develop and create concepts.

Speciality

Key sectors/respondent types: Heathcare (incl. Pharma and HCPs), Wellbeing, Women's health; Painters and Decorators (and builders and plumbers and every other Tradesperson imaginable); Mums and babies, Children, Teenagers; B2B, Food&Drink, Home, Retail, Travel and Online services and Digital apps.

Specialisms: Communication development, Innovation and Foresight (trends and future-proofed insight).

Background

25+ years in the business spanning Head of Consumer Qual,. at Taylor Nelson (in the '80s), and Head of Insight at Yourfuture (part of digital agency MRM-Meteroite, a McCanns WorldGroup agency) - plus many years running boutique agencies: Beadle Maitland White and Fizz Research. I understand the management and commercial challenges of working within big companies - and small ones. I have designed and implemented research for innovation programmes, loyalty schemes and CRM, and I've devised new techniques to shed light on complex decision-making processes . I have worked direct for ad agencies, end clients and within agency teams. I still get the biggest buzz out of running groups and helping clients un-pick knotty problems.
