I offer proposal writing/ research design, project management, discussion guide writing, moderation, analysis, reporting and presenting. I'm adaptive to the needs of your project: whether you need just a night or two of moderation, a specialist project consultant to help find strategic and actionable insights or managing projects through the full life-cycle of pitch to presentation.

As an experienced researcher, I offer both strategic thinking and creativity and am great at client management and presenting findings to a wide range of stakeholders.

I have particular expertise in kids, youth and families research, charities and social enterprises and museums and galleries. 

Background

I have 15 years experience in qualitative research and have worked across a broad range of consumer and B2B brands, spanning the sectors of FMCG, Media, Health and Personal Care, Finance, Government and the third sector. I have extensive experience in NPD and innovation, brand positioning, comms development, UX and customer journeys, design research and deep consumer understanding.
