Christina Herold

I am Christina, a freelance design anthropologist and user researcher with international experience in both the public and private sectors. I develop socio-spatial and usability insights to inform design decisions.

I am based in London and work primarily in the UK and Denmark but travel to wherever my research takes me. Having worked in a variety of qualitative research roles previously, I bring with me a breath of experience when working with clients to understand their people better.

As a trained anthropologist, I am qualified to conduct qualitative research, analyse large and complex data-sets, plan and lead research and translate findings into actionable insights.

By deploying qualitative user research to uncover peoples' (whether they are users, consumers or employees) behaviours, needs, wants and sentiments, I identify key design requirements which enables clients to deliver solutions (products, services or propositions) that are designed truly with people in mind.
