Background

After studying Social Sciences at Universities in the UK and Germany my career began with teaching but soon moved into training within a multisite Language Training organisation in Japan. Following a move back to the UK I joined an International Customer Service Consultancy where I gained formal Market Research skills, ultimately leading to a two-year secondment to the South African office. Following my return to the UK my experience and skills progressed as I became involved in a Research based Consultancy operating in a wide range of sectors including aviation, government, healthcare, social housing, banking and insurance. In 2002 I became an independent consultant utilising my range of skills and experience predominately in assignments within the Government & Charitable sectors.
