Having previously worked in full service agencies at Director level, I bring all of that expertise to the independent consultant side. From analysing reputation among senior opinion leaders to turning dry data into compelling research narratives, I offer all the benefits of agency expertise with the flexibility, independence and cost effectiveness of the independent researcher.


Speciality

My six years as an independent researcher has covered a wide range of clients, issues and sectors, but a lot of recent emphasis has been on stakeholder management and communications, engaging the public in regulatory issues, and helping public sector clients develop policy.


Background

I have over 14 years experience in major agencies, focusing largely on corporate reputation and customer experience work. Equally used to researching Board Directors or consumers, and equally used to using qualitative as quantitative approaches to answer clients’ questions.
