Services

I have a former background as a qualified nurse and a psychology degree.  Together with my more recent training ,diploma in systemic therapy for individuals/ organsiations, (Tavistock Institute) and an ILM coaching qualification, has given me an invaluable toolkit and skills.  This has enabled me to to’ give a voice’ and talk to the hardest to reach, more vulnerable audiences as well as senior Healthcare Professionals and Stakeholders.

I make full use of wide ranging approaches from standard methodologies to creative sessions, deliberative events, carousel sessions and much more.

I have been fortunate to work on some of the most interesting and challenging projects, giving me a window into the world of others, which I try to do full justice to in feeding back findings in a way that gives both insight and clear strategic direction to clients.

My experience has covered working with the Cabinet Office during the pandemic charting public opinion and communications during this time, living with diabetes and impact on individuals’ lives, dementia and end of life, work and mental health, NHS campaigns, patient feedback across the NHS and helping develop the current guidelines for the NHS Chaplaincy service.
