Founders Andy Booth and Andrew Smith each have over thirty years of experience in research – on both agency and the client-sides of the industry.  Andy Booth has managed global research functions at British Airways, DHL and UPS, and spent seven years as Research Director of a leading change management consultancy. He is a visiting assessor of graduate marketing and management programmes at Imperial College Business School and a Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts.

Andy Booth has c30 years’ research experience garnered in agency, consultancy and corporate environments.  He has managed research departments clientside and has held Director level appointments at MSB (Managing The Service Business), Marketing Direction and at B2B experts Circle Research. Together with Andrew Smith, Andy founded Firebrand Insight in 2012.
