A commitment to understanding clients’ markets, audiences and situations, leads to clear answers and direction for decision-making.

I provide whichever combination of services best fits client needs, from simple questionnaire design or ad-hoc support with data analysis and interpretation, through to full project management of large scale multinational telephone/on-line surveys.

I work with a number of senior qualitative and planning partners, as well as IQCS registered fieldwork agencies, to provide a hassle free service for clients.

I have worked across a range of consumer, B2B and government sectors, addressing a varied mix of marketing and policy issues.

I have particular expertise in internal and external communications development and evaluation research.

Much of the work that I do involves on-going tracking of customer attitudes and behaviour.

Clients can be confident of my ability to present clear research implications to board management and senior government level.


Background

I am a former Director of Research International, where I worked for ten years prior to establishing my research consultancy in 1993.

I am a Certified Member of the MRS and also hold the MRS Diploma.
