We have harnessed learnings from our day-to-day work, married them with the very latest psychological insight regarding human motivations and behaviours to develop a unique, systematic and evidence-based approach to customer habit formation and maintenance.


Having worked for over 15 years in Planning and Strategy roles at Board Director level within leading regional communications agencies and 10 years’ in senior client side roles including being Head of Communications at first direct, I have developed a balanced appreciation of research, marketing, branding, customer and commercial needs.

I draw upon this palette of expertise in designing, implementing, interpreting and debriefing the research engagements that we undertake.
