About
I’m a Qualitative Research Director with almost 20 years of experience working in human insight within award-winning research agencies and as an independent consultant.
I'm primarily a researcher and facilitator and have a BSc in Psychology. I’m comfortable speaking to people of all ages and from all walks of life, using digital and IRL methods.
I have a particular passion for wellbeing. I love helping brands in the wellbeing space better understand the needs of their customers, as well as working to empower individuals to optimise their own wellbeing, via courses and interventions that inspire positive action. My love of wellbeing prompted me to train as a pilates teacher in 2009, as well as to intern at Women's Fitness magazine.
