Giovanna Grillo is the Managing Director at RFR International.

RFR International was founded in 2002 to support national and international market research companies and research users.

Our expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, across a range of sectors, makes us a reliable partner in coordinating your fieldwork activities. We specialize in setting up and managing focus groups, IDIs in central location and in-field, ethnographic interviews, quantitative at-home interviews, usability tests, and desk research.

Our facility is located in the center of Rome. It offers two interview rooms and two client viewing rooms, both with one-way mirror, air conditioning, WI-FI, Focus Vision video streaming, digital audio and video recording, and private garden. RFR International’s facility is also the perfect place for street-intercept quantitative tests.

About

I was born and raised in the United States and have now spent half my life living in Rome.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a major in Marketing, a Master of Science in Management earned at Boston University and a Diploma in International Business Studies (Florence, Italy).

I have acquired extensive professional experience working as the manager of marketing, sales and communication departments of various international companies based both in the United States and in Italy (1987-2000).

In 2000, I was appointed as the International Research Manager of an independent, private market research institute located in Rome, Italy, and I was responsible for the supervision of both qualitative and quantative projects.

I have gained strong interpersonal relations skills, especially with international clientele. I am a team leader accustomed to work under pressure and to meet deadlines, attentive to detail and accuracy.

I am co-owner and founder of RFR International; I manage RFR together two other partners.

I am an adjunct professor of Marketing Research at The American University of Rome.
