Set up ShopTalk in April 2006 and enjoy repeat business from major retail clients. Also freelance work from agencies – varying from full project management to odd days helping out on reporting/ in-store depth interviewing. Headed Safeway’s Customer Insight team for 7 years up to its takeover by Morrisons (timed it nicely with maternity leave!). This followed about 8 years agency experience; thorough grounding in quant Retail and Trade research at ORC, followed by a year with each of IPSOS and ESA
