Over 25 years of research and insight experience, mainly with agencies; MIL Motoring Research, NOP Automotive, NOP World and GfK.
Main focus area is customer satisfaction and loyalty research. Experience includes setting-up and leading UK and International programmes for 5 of the world’s leading automotive manufacturers, lleading the NOP World European Customer Management Centre of Excellence, developing innovative solutions for capturing shopper feedback for UK and global retailers, managing international programmes for shopping centres and a leading coffee shop.
Beyond customer satisfaction and loyalty research I have particular interests in the evolving shopper decision journeys oinline and offline, consumer and market trends, product strategy and brand research. My priorities are always to ensure the best method is used to provide the most actionable insight and to work with clients to ensure prioritised action plans are established.
As well as research skills I am an experienced business manager and developer, leading diverse teams and coaching/mentoring staff whilst ensuring budgets are acheived and projects are run cost-effectively.
