Armour Brown Market Research offers all aspects of qualitative research. From fieldwork only to full projects, alone or with ICG members. Research areas: customer experience, new product development, communication, positioning, branding for B-to-B and B-to-C clients.

Services

I'm an allround qualitative researcher with 25 years experience who often works with other ICG members to deliver a multi-country study. I aim to make decision making for my clients easier by making the right connections between their target group's perspectives and their business goals. Whenever possible, I help clients take steps to help reduce their negative impact on climate change. You can contact me for online and face-to-face research, to moderate based on your topic guide or to run the entire project from briefing, to recruitment, fieldwork and reporting. In projects I aim to be as helpful as possible, thinking about how the most can be made out of the tools and budget available.

My network includes Dutch and Belgian partners in recruitment, venue selection, webstreaming, simultaneous interpretation, graphic design, quantitative research, social media research and, of course, other qualitative research specialists.

About

Outside of work I am involved in my local community as a volunteer in the fields of equal opportunites, reducing food waste and coordinating fund raising for research into various forms of dementia. I enjoy the outdoors, and yes, I do fit in with the cliché image of traditional Dutch cyclists.

My educational background is in languages (English, French, MA from Nijmegen, NL) and business (MSc in Management from Surrey). I occasionally tell my two teenagers that I also have 'all Motherhood Diplomas' and they haven't called my bluff, yet. Before setting up my own business, I was a hands-on researcher and I managed the qualitative team at one of the large Dutch market research agencies (Blauw Research).
