I’m an allround qualitative researcher with some 20 years experience. I aim to make (business) decision making for my clients easier by highlighting the most relevant and influential aspects of a product or service for their target group. Alongside with local knowledge of the Netherlands markets I bring a positive attitude to improvement. You can contact me for:

Before I set up as a freelance research specialist, I spent 15 years at agencies in the UK and Holland, including the largest independent agency in Holland (Blauw Research). My clients remember me for my flexibility, high energy, eagerness to understand and, perhaps, a loud voice when I become enthusiastic šŸ˜‰

For a few years I headed up a qualitative team at Blauw. In 2012 I successfully trained to become a strategy development facilitator. While developing in this direction, I became convinced of the benefits of game elements in triggering people to contribute.

IĀ live in the south of Holland, about an hour and a half from Amsterdam and an hour from Antwerp (Belgium), with my British husband and two children. Over the years,Ā I’ve lived in the UK and France. My family spent a large part of 2014 in Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia andĀ I find itĀ refreshing to view my home country through foreign eyes.
