    • design/check questionnaires and any survey material

  • Conduct telephone or face-to-face interviews with senior managers in either French or English,
  • Moderate groups/ organise workshops in the south East of France (also elsewhere in France if warned several weeks in advance)
  • Moderate on-line discussion forums

I have over 15 years experience in marketing research. Before going freelance when I returned to France in 2006, I worked both agency side -seven years at MORI (now IPSOS) and two at International Survey Research and client side – three years as market research manager for Sony Business Europe (B2B branch with c. 2000 staff).

 At MORI, I worked my way from research executive to associate director, then led the sport/leisure and tourism research team for two years. At Sony I consolidated the research department for the B2B sector.

I now offer my services to several leading French and UK research agencies as well as providing ad-hoc help for corporates.
