James Latham, owner of JTL Research has been working in Market Research for over 25 years. During that time James has always specialised in the Operational Side of the industry and has a wealth of experience in all the areas of fieldwork JLT Research offer, including Quant Fieldwork, Qual Recruitment, Telephone Research and Data Entry
Background
James joined BMG Research in Birmingham in 1994, initially as a fieldwork interviewer but was soon working in their busy offices as a Fieldwork coordinator. During the next 15 years with BMG , James enjoyed a variety of roles organising and managing Qual and Quant projects for some of the largest clients for the company.
To further his knowledge James moved to Protel Fieldwork in 2009, taking the role of Operations Director. James was responsible for all Operational activity undertaken by Protel.
James is a CMRS and the agency are ICO registered
