Particular interest in cultutral contexts, both within and across markets and how similarities and differences between countries and regions impacts on the implications of research findings for clients’ businesses.
Originally employed by Research International but left for 10 years to freelance and raise a family. Recruited back into Research International to head up the qualitative unit. Subsequently took on a global role, training qualitative researchers around the world, which continued for Europe once RI and TNS were amalgamated.
