Conducting Mystery Shopping: No problem for me to play Mr. Bond in car saloons, supermarkets, jeans shops, shoe stores, call centres, IT stores or banks. I know them all but they do not know me! After more than 10 years doing this in various research agencies I exactly know how to add the right flesh to the bone so that your respondents will understand what you want to ask.
