About
I believe that research has limited value until it's acted upon, and still get excited at just how much impact deep insights can have, when used well ...Seeing a client Director suddenly grasp why customers didn't 'get' the company's Advertising (after he was included in a live customer focus group), was inspirational. I relish the opportunity to constructively speak truth to power, and help organisations deal with the ever-increasing speed of change, whilst meeting and exceeding their customers' expectations.
