Background

Julian has over 15 years experience in insight management on both the client and agency side. He started his career as a quantitative specialist with customer satisfaction experts J.D. Power & Associates and then moved into retail insight roles within Kantar and Tesco.  Julian has International experience having managed the YUM! accounts for Australia and New Zealand whilst working for insight consultants The Leading Edge.  More recently he has been a lead manager within the Business Strategy & Insight team of McDonald’s UK, helping to drive 43 quarters of consecutive growth.
