Laura has 10+ years consumer insight experience since graduating with a First Class Psychology degree – a final year specialism in conversation analysis made qualitative research the natural next step.
Laura has been a freelance consultant for the past 5 years working for a varied client base. She has worked extensively on projects investigating merchandising, buyer behaviour, packaging, advertising, POS, range review, NPD and much more!
Prior to going freelance, Laura gained valuable client-side experience at Littlewoods (retail), British Waterways (leisure & tourism) and PriceWaterhouseCoopers (professional services) – this client-side background gives Laura a holistic understanding of the research process and how insight is implemented to bring about change.
