Background

I have more than 30 years research experience, working predominantly in customer experience (CX) for the last 15 years.  My previous role was as Director of Research, before I bit the bullet and launched Zing Insights just under 11 years ago.  I've worked with some amazing brands over that time, including start-ups/launches right the way through to FTSE 100 companies. I'm a full member of the MRS (Market Research Society) and the AQR (Association of Qualitative Research). While Zing Insights is full-service, my specialism is in qualitative research.  I love a deep-dive, observing and exploring to gain understanding.
