I work with research professionals of all levels right up to CEOs and agency owners, covering all sorts of areas including executive and leadership coaching; tapping into key strengths, purpose and passions; confidence; managing stress and overwhelm...amongst other things.

Background

After a 20-year career in qualitative research, I decided to leave the world of research and retrain as a coach. Throughout my research career, one thing I had always loved and felt most passionate about was supporting my colleagues in their development, by helping them identify and achieve their goals, and supporting them through obstacles or challenges, so working as a coach felt like the perfect natural progression for me.

Coaching other researchers allows me to bring the combination of my coaching skills and my extensive experience in and understanding of the world of market research to help you achieve your goals. I've worked in agencies of all shapes and sizes, and I've also been a freelancer, so I know what it’s like; I know the pressures and challenges that you face. You could say I’ve been there and worn the t-shirt!
