Luminance Insight is all about shining a light on underrepresented audiences help organisations, brands and service providers better understand their audiences.

Services

Theresa is the founder of Luminance Insight, based in London. She combines her experience of living abroad, love for languages and working for some of the UK's most innovative market research agencies to unearth overlooked cultural insights that drive deeper understanding. While she is well-versed in face-to-face methodologies, she has a particular flair for running online communities, as well as conducting depths, focus groups and workshops. Her main areas of focus are youth/Gen-Z, EDIB, audience understanding and media. Between 2020-2021, she completed an independent tracking study highlighting how the lives of Londoners were affected over various lockdowns.

About

Away from work, I enjoy live music, trying new dishes (cooking and eating), watching documentaries and archive interviews, and travel. Fun fact: 私は日本に住んでいました y también vivía en España como auxiliar de idiomas.
