About
I am the co-founder of Everything is Customer Experience which I started with Dan Hyde in order to bring to projects real human stories, nuance and emotion in a world where data seems to have replaced people's thoughts and ideas.
I've worked for years in CX, advising FTSE 100 companies about social media risk, developing social media risk management tools, starting a social network for flashmobs and working agency-side providing investor experience consultancy to financial services firms. Throughout these experiences, the common thread of successful projects was talking to real people and finding out about their needs, wants and pain points. I enjoy that so much that I now focus on just that bit!
Outside of work I enjoy cycling, garden design (mainly mine) and teaching my four year old how to make things.
