About

Hello, I’m Alex. Half French, half English, and 6’6”(1.98m) tall, so if we meet in person you won’t have trouble spotting me! I’m fully bilingual and regularly conduct research in both English and French across the UK, France, and beyond.

As a solo consultant, I work end-to-end on every project, from shaping the research to helping you act on it. I focus on delivering customer clarity: not just hearing from your audience but making sense of what matters and what to do next.

I love working with leaders who are curious about their customers and ready to use insight to sharpen their strategy, messaging, and experience.

Outside of work, you’ll find me tackling DIY projects, away from screens and elbows-deep in figuring out how things work.
