Liveminds mission is to give every company access to powerful qualitative insights.

Big brands rely on qualitative research for consumer insight but it is too expensive and slow for everyone else. This means that most marketing and product teams cannot effectively test new ideas, features, campaigns etc. As a result, they end up making bad decisions based on flawed instincts, anecdotal feedback and at best, the occasional customer survey.

Liveminds ran their first mobile qualitative project back in 2007, when most people still had Nokia phones. Since then, we have worked with and for most of the worlds biggest brands and agencies, helping them to get more authentic consumer insights. We pioneered the use of social media for participant recruitment back in 2014 and have engaged over 100,000 fresh participants, in 80+ countries around the world.
